Marcel Wnendt was appointed CEO of Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG in October 2023. Starting in July 2022, as CEO of Bayerische Hausbau GmbH & Co. KG, he expedited the unbundling of the Development and Real Estate business divisions as part of the Schörghuber Group's strategic transformation. Marcel Wnendt launched his career at the Schörghuber Group in 2009 after working at Sachsen LB and Siemens Enterprise Communications. In 2016, he took charge of the overall management of Corporate Finance and Treasury for the Group. He has a degree in business administration and an MBA in General Management from the Munich Business School. 

Stefan Bögl assumed the role of COO of Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG in July 2025. In this role, he assumes responsibility for Asset Management, Property Management, Transactions and the legal department. The experienced real estate economist most recently served as Executive Director Asset & Property Management at aam2core Holding AG and has over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to this, he was Head of Asset & Property Management at Aurelis Real Estate. Stefan Bögl studied business administration in Würzburg, Mannheim and Austin, Texas.
