The global, owner-managed PIXIDA Group is moving its headquarters to the Skyline Tower in Schwabing. Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate’s success in leasing this space towards the end of the year meant that it was able to conclude leases for over a third of the Skyline Tower in 2024. "In what can only be characterized as a challenging environment, we've shown that we are still able to conclude promising lease agreements with our carefully tailored offerings in exceptional properties," says Hajo Kruppa, senior leasing manager at Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate. "We're delighted that with PIXIDA we have gained another attractive tenant for the tech location in Parkstadt Schwabing." The global commercial real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield acted as lead broker for the owner, while Colliers served as broker for the tenant.
Office tower scores points with infrastructure, flexible space and panoramic views
"The Skyline Tower embodies precisely the state-of-the-art, inspiring working environment that reflects our corporate philosophy," says Maximilian Karl, a member of PIXIDA's four-person management team. "As a prestigious location for our headquarters, the Skyline Tower offers the perfect combination of a central location, outstanding transport connections and the option of designing our offices to meet our specific needs and with an eye to the future. We are also all looking forward to the breathtaking views over the city. The close proximity to our previous location makes the transition easier for both employees and customers."
In addition, there are also numerous amenities such as a central reception area, a canteen, a daycare center, a parking garage and a bike station – all important elements that enhance employees' quality of life. The sustainable nature of the building was a decisive factor in favor of the move. "Sustainability has been an integral part of our mission statement for a very long time. When searching for a new location, it was particularly important for us that this requirement be met," explains managing director Maria Fernanda Monteiro.
Skyline Tower – from single-tenant to multi-tenant property with new services
Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate redesigned the 23-storey Skyline Tower, which is part of THE m.pire office complex, from top to bottom last year. "During planning, we placed focus on the employees of our future tenants," says leasing manager Hajo Kruppa. "In addition to a wide variety of meeting places for social interaction, different service providers ensure real convenience and make it possible to combine work and private life in an efficient and satisfying way."
Office space is currently still available in the Skyline Tower.
